You know, if you've been in Christ for any number of years you know, as I do, that there grows a longing in you to simply to go home, to be around other believers, and them only, because as we look around in our world, it's a very difficult and a wicked place to live in, and we are around wicked people. We're around evil all the time, and so, there's a part of us that knows that, according to the Great Commission, we are to reach out to them. We're to bless the evil-doer, we're to be a kind influence to them, we're to be their friends, even, to a certain degree, and yet, at the same time, we don't want that evil influence upon us. And so, this is really all about one word, and that is the word example. We can be examples to the church by evangelizing the lost, who are in the wicked world and dying, and we can be an example to the wicked by being godly before them, so that when they see our godliness, they will bless God.
