Very simply the structure of the church matters because it matters to God. He gave us a structure. He said that there are to be elders and there are to be deacons. And these are to be qualified men. These are not men who are self-appointed, these are men who are appointed by others who have been qualified, they are tested, they're trained and they're approved. And that is really a core feature of what the church is. Of course we're all equals in Christ but we all play different roles as well in his kingdom and in his church. So, very simply, it's important because it's important to God.
