Series Synopsis

If any quality ought to characterize the follower of Christ, it should be joy in the Lord. Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit, a command of God to the believer, and the natural outworking of salvation from sin. But joy seems to elude believers at times, particularly when life circumstances are difficult and trying. What is the basis for joy? In what situations may the Christian have joy? Using the glorious beatitudes which begin Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, Steve will answer those questions, giving hope that true abiding joy is available to every Christian.
